need gun unjammed

[NZSF 08]

hi we've just bought an aeg(SEG) and i believe the motor's jammed... (was shooting but then it stopped - making 'click' sound)
I charged the battery thinking it was the battery but it still doesnt shoot. Ive been told it may be the motor that has jammed (something jammed)
I'm not a member of a club yet - just 16 (i put wrong year in DOB in profile - cant change :P - (parent purchased gun)
It'd be great if i could get this working - Anyone in palmerston north who can help me out? thanks, Richard.
