View Full Version : Sniper shot on scope!!!

I was fighting hard in the Bunkers in Wellington on the 19th October only my second game and I was using this cheap M47A2 shotgun that I painted my self.

Until I heard this crack and felt a jolt, because I was in the heat of the moment i did not know what had happend as I was not using the scope I then looked at the scope straight after the game and found this!!!!!!!!!:eek:

Thankfully this is only the cheap scope that came with it and only smashed the front lense.

Now this shot had either been done by my dad also know as D1 or Killae as they were the only two engaging me in a fire fight. Though this gun is a $100 springer and is a great back up and has more range then I originally thought. I manged to get alot of kills with it and it is great for CQB just ask the RUB boys L:DL!.

Tends to happen with the cheap nasty scopes with plastic lenses. Pretty impressive damage though.

There's a photo around somewhere of a cheap reflex sight with a BB lodged in its battery cover..

woah awesome man, what game was this in? If there is a bill then i think it was D1... :D

I cant recall but i do remember you do the crazy charging rush, putting that thing to my head and pulling the trigger!

I think it was in the last game of replicator. nah dont worry about it it still works and is worth less than $10.

what what is this charging rush stuff me i would not do that! ahahahahhaha lol!!

holy mother!!! that weapon was suprisingly good for an el cheapo!!! my one is similar so I'm gonna bring it to the next skirm!!

yea i did get that gun off trademe but from firefire but i think tagetshooter sells them you just have to ask.
if you or if anybody else were going replace the scope its crap

Its doesnt matter how shit a gun is, as long as that person knows how to use it, then that shit gun isnt shit anymore... its leathal

oh thats a bummer dude, hope they're still functional. I dont go for accessories myself, but our guys who do put a tidy cutout of strong clear plastic over their lenses for extra protection.

hey just out of interest those shotguns look quite short about how long are they and are they propotioned well as i dont Particularly want a pistol grip shotty but more a common sporting look one.can't afford one of the $800 ones

I have one that I'm keen to get rid of, similar as Shadow warriors one, bought it off trademe, goes pretty well actually. Trying to get rid of most my springers that I've had to fund new projects!!

a similar thing happened to my King Arms reflex scopt recently.. i say similar because it wasn't shot but was destroyed... when mouse ran in to a wall at CQB with it.. LOL
