Yes, the growth is pretty insane! But good fun games & good game attitudes is cutting the mustard. We had some paintballers aproach us & want to come play airsoft now , & the guy in the grey is a Rammer. 1/3 of the team are on springers etc just as we cant get guns fast enough, but it still works, its all just ballancing.

Biggest problem I have, is with so many new folk, team leades are few & far between, but a couple of the TAG boys crossed the road (much to my consternation), but they are filling the holes & showing good leadership potential. Out of our core bunch, only about 5 have played airsoft before...so we are doing pretty fraking fantastic for our 5th game!

Its gone way beyond my efforts, its like an out of conrol wildfire. I havent even started promoting the club yet LOL. Its just word of mouth & people feeling able & proud to bring their friends & family out to a safe, fun & well run recreational activity... the good/fun action packed games resulting in a 100% retension ratio.

A few of us went to CSG on Saturday & a good bridge is being built there between the clubs. I suspect 2009 will be a good healthy year for airsoft in Christchurch!

I can say I am feeling pretty bloody proud of my troops. It truly is their success much more than mine.

with that shot of you and your son, I am pleased to see that the Oakleaf pattern is not a duplicate of each other - different spots/patterns on different parts of the shirts. (Looking at the left collar of each as an example)
